For approved wholesale partners: applying for an account, shopping the catalog by department and folder, building an order sheet, paying, tracking deliveries and downloading invoices.

01

Apply for a wholesale account

Wholesale pricing is reserved for approved retail partners. The application takes about five minutes.

Wholesale application
Wholesale applicationOpen screen

What you see

  • Business details and tax ID at the top of the form
  • Primary contact name, email and phone
  • Delivery address used for your account record
  1. 1

    Open the application

Choose "Apply for Wholesale" in the top navigation, or the "Apply Now" button in the homepage hero.

  2. 2

    Enter your business details

Use your legal business name and your tax ID or EIN exactly as they appear on your resale certificate. The name you enter becomes the account name on every invoice.

  3. 3

Add a contact and a delivery address

The email you enter is the address we use for account notices, so use a mailbox someone checks daily.

  4. 4

    Submit and wait for review

You land on a confirmation screen. Your account starts as pending; our team reviews applications during business hours and you receive an email when your tier and pricing are active.

Good to know

  • Applications with a valid tax ID are approved fastest.
  • One application covers one business. Multi-location operators should list each shipping address after approval.
02

Sign in to your buyer portal

Your portal holds your custom pricing, order sheets, invoices and payment methods.

Buyer login
Buyer loginOpen screen

What you see

  • Email and password fields
  • Google sign-in for accounts created with a Google mailbox
  • The "Forgot password" link under the form
  1. 1

    Go to the buyer login

Choose "Buyer Login" in the top navigation of any public page.

  2. 2

Enter your account email and password

Use the email on your approved application. If you were invited by our team, use the password you set from the invitation email.

  3. 3

    You land on your dashboard

The buyer dashboard is your home base: reorder shortcuts, recent orders, invoice status and saved payment methods.

Good to know

  • Forgot your password? Open the login page and use the reset link; the reset email arrives within a few minutes.
  • Accounts must be approved and active before sign-in works. If you see an access message, contact us and we will check your application status.
03

Find products in the catalog

The catalog is organised into departments, then category folders, so you can shop the way your aisles are laid out.

Wholesale catalog
Wholesale catalogOpen screen

What you see

  • Department banner with folder and product counts
  • Category folder tiles, each showing how many products it holds
  • Search bar with camera and gallery buttons for barcode lookup
  1. 1

Open a department, then a folder

Start from Products and pick the department you buy from. Each department holds category folders; open a folder to see its items, and use the breadcrumb to step back.

  2. 2

Search by name, brand, item code or UPC

Type into the search bar at the top of the catalog. Results narrow as you type across every folder, so you can search without knowing the aisle.

  3. 3

Scan a barcode instead of typing

Use the camera button for a live scan of the case or unit barcode, or the gallery button to read a barcode from a photo on your phone. The matching item opens with the code filled in.

  4. 4

    Filter and sort the grid

Open Filters to narrow by category, brand, bulk-only items and stock count. Sort by name, price or availability, and switch between grid, list and table views depending on what you are checking.

Good to know

  • Your portal only shows items you are allowed to buy, at your own tier pricing.
  • Every price you see is per case. The unit count inside the case is printed on each item card.
04

Read a product page

Each item page shows your case price, the case pack, minimum order quantity and live availability.

Product detail
Product detailOpen screen

What you see

  • Case price and case pack on each card
  • Availability tag when the item is in stock
  • Product photo thumbnail that opens a full-size preview
  1. 1

    Open the item

Select a product card to open its detail page with the brand, origin, pack size and ingredients.

  2. 2

Check the case, not the unit

The price shown is per case and the pack line tells you how many units are inside. Quantity steps in the order sheet are counted in cases.

  3. 3

    Confirm the minimum order quantity

Each SKU has a minimum. If your quantity is below it, the item cannot be added until you raise the number of cases.

  4. 4

    Add to your order sheet

Set the number of cases and add the item. It is saved on your order sheet, so you can keep shopping and come back later.

Good to know

  • Tap any product photo to open a larger image before you commit to a case.
  • Availability is pulled live from the warehouse. If an item shows short stock, order what is available and we will confirm the rest.
05

Build an order sheet

The order sheet is your working basket. Build it over several sessions, adjust cases and remove lines before checkout.

Order sheet over the catalogOpen screen

What you see

  • Cart button in the top navigation with a live item count
  • Folder view so you can return to where you left off
  1. 1

    Add items as you browse

Each addition updates the cart counter in the navigation bar. You can add across departments and folders without losing your place.

  2. 2

    Open the cart to review

The cart drawer lists every line with the case quantity. Use the stepper to change cases or remove a line entirely.

  3. 3

Re-check the value before you commit

Case quantity multiplied by the case price gives the line total. Freight and any minimums are calculated at checkout, not in the drawer.

  4. 4

    Keep the sheet for later

Your order sheet persists on your account, so a delivery that grows over several days can be built in one place and submitted when it is ready.

Good to know

  • Bulk-only items carry a higher case minimum and are marked in the catalog.
  • Need to repeat a past order? Open it from your dashboard and add the lines back to the sheet.
06

Check out and pay

Checkout confirms the delivery address and payment method, then places the order in our warehouse queue.

Checkout
CheckoutOpen screen

What you see

  • Sign-in step for saving an order to your account
  • Secure payment fields for card entry
  1. 1

    Review the order summary

Confirm every line, the case counts and the delivery address. Anything wrong here is much easier to fix before the order is placed.

  2. 2

    Choose a delivery method

Select the shipping method that matches the size of the order. Large pallet orders are quoted and arranged by our team.

  3. 3

Pay by card or on account

Card payments are processed securely; you can save the card for future orders. Approved accounts can place orders against their terms and receive an invoice.

  4. 4

    Confirm the order

A confirmation appears with the order number. That number is what we ask for in any follow-up, and it appears on your dashboard immediately.

Good to know

  • Saved cards appear automatically at checkout; you can change the card at any time.
  • Orders are pulled for processing the same business day when placed before the cut-off shown on the confirmation screen.
07

Track your orders

Your dashboard shows every order, its stage and its tracking number once it ships.

Your dashboard

Open this screen in the app to follow along. /dashboard

Your dashboardOpen screen

What you see

  • Order history with status badges
  • Tracking number once the order leaves the warehouse
  1. 1

    Open your dashboard

After sign-in you land on the buyer dashboard. The order history lists every order newest first.

  2. 2

    Read the status

Pending means we have received it, Processing means it is being picked, Shipped means it has left the building with a tracking number attached.

  3. 3

    Open an order for detail

Select any row to see the lines, quantities, totals and the tracking link for that shipment.

  4. 4

    Reorder in one step

Past orders can be added straight back to your order sheet, which is the fastest way to repeat a regular buy.

Good to know

  • Tracking numbers can take a few hours to activate after a shipment is scanned.
  • If something is missing from a delivery, report it within the window printed on your invoice so we can raise the credit.
08

Invoices, payments and autopay

Download invoices, check what is outstanding and keep a card on file for automatic payment.

Your invoices

Open this screen in the app to follow along. /invoices

Your invoicesOpen screen

What you see

  • Invoice list with status badges
  • Download and archive actions on each row
  1. 1

    Open Invoices

Your invoice list shows the number, date, total and status for every invoice raised on your account.

  2. 2

    Download a copy

Use the download action on a row to save the invoice as a PDF for your own records or your accountant.

  3. 3

    Pay what is outstanding

Unpaid invoices show a Pay action. Card payments post immediately; bank transfers mark as paid once the transfer is received.

  4. 4

    Turn on autopay

Add a card once and switch on autopay to have invoices settled automatically on their due date.

Good to know

  • Archived invoices are hidden from the working list but remain available in your archive.
  • Update your saved payment method before the due date if a card expires.
09

Manage your password and account

Reset a forgotten password, change your saved card or close your account from the portal.

Password reset

What you see

  • The "Forgot password" link under the sign-in form
  • Reset email delivered to your account address
  1. 1

    Reset a forgotten password

Open the login page, choose Forgot password, enter your account email and follow the link in the email you receive.

  2. 2

    Change your saved payment method

Open the payment methods area on your dashboard to add a new card or remove an old one.

  3. 3

    Close your account

The account deletion page removes your portal login. Contact us first if you have open orders or unpaid invoices.

Good to know

  • Password reset emails sometimes land in promotions or spam folders.
  • We never ask for card details by email or phone.
