• Order & billing information: products ordered, order history, invoices, and payment details such as wire transfer or ACH banking information you provide to complete payment.
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical information: standard device and usage information (e.g., device type, app activity) used to operate and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To review and process your wholesale application and administer your buyer account.
• To fulfill orders, issue invoices, and process payments.
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, and shipments.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time:

• In the app: go to your Buyer Dashboard, open Quick Actions, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your wholesale application and order history.
• By email: contact us at support@karavanimports.com and we will process your request.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access to it, request correction or deletion, and object to certain processing.
